Event Scheduling
We have been blessed with nice facilities at UCC. Our own ministries and church events along
with local ministries, member and local activities take place here. We have setup this page
in an effort to help simplify scheduling the use of the facility.  
We have links for the building use form; please read the entire form for the use guidelines
and fees associated. We allow scheduling up to 6 months prior to the event.
A facility map with our room name terminology is located at the bottom of this page.
You may suggest an event by clicking on the “Suggest Event” button on our
Directions for filling out Suggestion Form
Fill the form out and press send at the bottom of the form. We will review your
event request and contact you. Event requests will be 
reviewed during normal office hours. Please allow review time for your request.
We will also need a Building Use form after your event is approved.
The building use form can be downloaded and is in a fallible pdf format that 
can be saved to either print or email.
