Faith at Home
Spiritual maturity is a lifelong process. It begins the day you are born and continues throughout life. Equipping the generations means that as we grow, we are responsible to lead the next generation spiritually. Leading begins at home.
At Upland Community Church we believe that God has designed the church and family to work together to raise the next generation of Christ followers. We see disciple-making as a two sided coin: church and family. We believe God designed the family to be the ideal place where faith is nurtured.
If the church and family are to work together to equip future generations, we need a common pathway on which to walk. We call this the pathway of Legacy Milestones*. Everything we do at UCC is intended to help people mature along the pathway. Everything you do as a believer as you grow in imitating Christ helps you mature along the pathway. Everything you do as a parent as you host Family Faith Talks*, Celebrate Milestones* and capitalize on God Moments* helps your children mature along the pathway. (*These terms are all defined and expanded upon at Legacy Milestone seminars.)
Faith at Home provides training and resources for adults and students for critical moments along the pathway of life's Legacy Milestones. Milestone seminars are offered on Sunday mornings and during an evening conference held annually.
Upcoming Legacy Milestone Seminars will be held at 10:00am on Sunday mornings.

- May 13 -- Preparing for Adolescence: Part 2 (Milestone 3) -- for parents of elementary age children
