College & Career Class

Our College & Career Class meets during the Sunday School hour (10:00) throughout the school year. Our first class will meet September 10th. No matter your age or stage, all are welcome. This class is primarily taught by Dan Blosser, Pastor of Adult Ministries. The class follows a three-year curriculum designed by Pastor Dan to deliver important truths across a variety of topics.
Year One:     Who Needs the Church? (Ecclesiology)
Year Two:      Personal Finance
       The Creamy Middle     (Trinitarianism)
Growing in Christ(Sanctification)
Year Three:   Marriage & Family
Sin & Grace (Hamartiology & Soteriology)
This Fall we’ll start with a series on Marriage & Family (don’t worry–you don’t have to be getting married for this class to be relevant!), followed by a study on the doctrines of Sin & Grace in the spring.
No matter what your background, you’re welcome to come and enjoy a relaxed venue where you will find a safe place to ask questions and discuss these issues as we search through the scriptures together.

Welcome Back!

Can’t wait to welcome you back to Upland! Some of you are already arriving. Here are several things to keep in mind:
1) We are on the Summer Schedule through August 27th. First Service is at 9:00, Second is at 10:15. During second service, there is an adult summer Sunday school class available.

2) September 3rd we switch to the Fall Schedule. First service is at 9:00, Sunday School is at 10:00, Second Service is at 11:15.

3) However, September 3rd, during the Sunday School hour, we will have our Ministry Fair–this is an opportunity to explore than many ministries of UCC and our affiliated community ministries.

4) So, the first “Official” day of Sunday school starts September 10th.
