Men's Ministry

Men's Ministry at UCC seeks to lead all men toward loving God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength and loving their neighbor as themselves.

But How?

Deep Discipleship

From service groups to food and from mentorship to activities, we strive to do life together. Arm in arm, we strive to encourge one another toward growth just as iron sharpens iron. Check out some of the ways we gather below!

Tuesday Night Study

For the months of September, January, and April, men from across the congregation and around the community gather for a time of intentional, biblical study on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:15 PM. Refreshments are provided as male leaders from the church take the group deep into the chosen content for the ministry year.

Men's Mornings

Write a description for this tab and include information that will interest site visitors. For example if you are using tabs to show different services write about what makes this service unique. If you are using tabs to display restaurant items write about what makes a specific dish particularly worthwhile or delicious.

Mentorship at UCC

Opportunities for mentoring and being mentored exist at UCC. It's as simple as filling out a 3 minute form once you've joined Men's Ministry on Church Center. Typically, local high schoolers and college students asume the role of mentee, but we review all applications and are open to your interests.

Staying Active Together

There are lots of ways to stay active with other men here at UCC! From pickleball to volleyball and from basketball to disc golf, we have a wide range of opportunities. More likely than not, there are guys at UCC who want to do "that" sport with you and we want to help connect you to them!

Getting Off Campus

We recognize there's something special about traveling with other men. As a result, we try to identify and promote one or two weekend getaways throughout the calendar year. This often coincides with Man Camp at Miracle Camp, located in southwestern Michigan, but it has also taken on other forms. UCC consistently sends a troop of men to the every-other-year, Indianapolis TGC concference.

Taking it to the Lord

If you are interested in fomrally gathering for a time of prayer with other men, there are opportunities!

The Hands and Feet

We are working to form volunteer manual service groups ready to be mobilized when a need arizes. We hope to pull from a variety of skills within our body to meet the needs of our people and our greater community. We'd love to have you!

And there's more!

Whether it be our annual kickoff event or a one-off activity, we love doing life together. Join men's ministry on Church Center Groups to stay up to date with all things men's ministry!
