Matt grew up near Hershey, Pennsylvania and met his wife, Julee, at Baptist Bible College. They were married in 2010 shortly after graduation and have six awesome children. Matt received his M.Min. from Baptist Bible Seminary and has served at Living Hope Baptist Church for 5 years as youth leader, the West Kittanning Grace Brethren Church for 3 years as youth pastor, and at Mount Calvary Christian School for 7 years as Director of Spiritual Life before coming to UCC in 2022.

 Matt and Julee are passionate about discipling teens to make their faith their own and building those spiritual foundations that will help them stay faithful to Christ for many years to come. Matt loves spending time with his family camping, swimming, playing games, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys!
